As a Prime contractor, we were responsible for all the work (to include lead-based paint, asbestos abatement and environmental mitigation) throughout Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Queens while self-performing demolition, house lifting, helical piles, concrete, masonry, rough carpentry, finish carpentry etc. We were instrumental in budgeting and modeling the introduction of Modular Construction for Sullivan Land Services to roll out across multiple NYC Burroughs. In total, BHL Federal performed more than $110,000,000 worth of bonded residential general construction work for the prime contractors and the city of New York.
